Go Copper Inc. - Roofing and Repair

The last thing I like to do is talk poorly about a company but my dealings with Go Copper leave me no choice. I hired them to install a copper enclosure over my kitchen hood. I provided a deposit for the materials as they were coming the following day to install. They didn't show up for the install and never purchased the materials. I have been communicating with them for the past two months to return my deposit and all I receive are false promises. I'm now suing him for the deposit which is pretty sad considering it was only $350. When a company takes a deposit, doesn't perform the agreed upon work and states they can't refund the money because they are waiting for a payment on another job, it's time to find a reputable company

I've never used this business, but Jacob who is either an employee or the owner has called me multiple times from his company phone harassing me and accusing me of having some sort of affiliation with his girlfriend. I've never been to NC or have ever heard of any of them. To call someone in the manner he has and use his business phone number to do so should speak volumes for the person he is and the way he conducts himself. If you are looking for a service that this individual offers it would probably be a wise decision to look elsewhere.

Jacob is a perfectionist. He is a creative guy with lots of ideas. He'll help you make the right choices. He won't do the job unless he can make it perfect. He is an expert on metal roofing as well as all other roofing. He is professional, on time, on budget. The quality of materials is exceptional, and so is the labor. No sales people. No nonsense. Very high standards. The prices are more than fair. Installed 50 year Lifetime GAF roofing as well as Kynar Coated Metal Roofing in Copper Penny color. New gutters and leaf covers as well. I highly recommend this company.
