We had a great time at the Derby. Wynn kept us fully informed in the days prior to the trip and was there at the hotel the night of our arrival. He was there the both mornings for our bus departure and directed us to the bus following the races. The selection of Drury Inns was another major plus. Their evening free hot food was excellent as was everything else. Overall, Benchwarmers Derby package was outstanding. All we had to worry about was was which horse to bet on.

A very big thank you to Wynn and Benchwarmer Sports for making our experience at the Ryder Cup in Wisconsin exceptional! Everything was very well organized and Wynn is so kind and helpful. We will definitely use Benchwarmer to help coordinate any future events we attend!

FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! We booked The Kentucky Derby with Benchwarmers in 2020 for our first time trying to go. We have had Derby parties every year so we were sooo looking to be going for our first time and were sooo disappointed when it got cancelled. Benchwarmers stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and we received a "FULL REFUND" when it was officially cancelled. We are so appreciative of Wynn for all the help and look forward to trying to book again in the future.

We've used Wynn and Benchwarmer for two different Super Bowl experiences now and there is no other company or person we will ever use. Considering the cost of such an event, expectations of service, responsiveness, professionalism and delivery of the service promised, are exceptionally high.
