I've not had a good experience with this place. I have been renting since 2021 and they keep going up on their rent. Their office personnel is not very friendly and rude. I had my credit card compromised and emailed them if there was a form to complete. They wait until the next day and send me a late charge notice- never answering my question. Don't rent from these people. As soon as my house is complete, I'm taking my stuff and not going to ever rent from them again.

Brandi was super helpful. Everything was quick and easy! I reserved a unit online and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

La seorita que me atendi al telfono fue muy amable y cordial pero cuando entramos a la oficina la otra chica nos hizo caras y fue muy dspota quizs por ser hispanos me sent algo incmoda pero como no saba en dnde encontrar otro servicio pues soy nueva en esta rea tuve que agarrar el servicio de storage
