I made a reservation weeks in advance - even spoke to the gentleman to verify a 3/4 truck would be on-site. Showed up at 1250, waited for 15 minutes while the store was unattended to, and when an employee finally came in, he told me the truck rental "manager" had already departed (they close at 2pm as per their sign). No truck was rented and they made no attempt to help me in any way. What is the point of a reservation? Thanks for screwing me over as usual, enterprise. You've officially lost my business.

I was planning on renting a 3/4 ton truck, and made a reservation with a phone agent after hours. There was a miscommunication with the phone agent, and to my utter surprise, I received a phone call, ahead of my scheduled pickup to verify some information to avoid any issues at the counter. I spoke with the manager, Junior, and then again at the counter, and it was a terrific experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure I had all of the information I needed, and he was accommodating to my needs at the time of pickup. I hope to deal with Junior and his team with every rental in the future. Also, there was a HUGE selection of trucks on the property, which is nice to see. They are always clean, and well taken care of... I live nearby, and see their lot is always full of cars, and trucks. Highly recommend this location and the staff. They really care about their customers and reputation. Thanks guys, until next time!
