        First off Ive been coming to this store for years and today is the reason were going to Costco. My wife whos 8 months pregnant went this morning to pick up the cupcakes for our baby shower and just so happens she forgot out Sams card at the house. So solution time I send a picture to her and this lady Aradia literally denied her access to the store and proceeded to tell her she could buy day passes and spend more money on top of our membership my wife just left and went home. So me already angry goes back up there and finds aradia whats her solution to start a fight again with the card in my hand this lady works customer service! I truly feel sorry for you lady you are rude and such a truly awful person I will not be back here because of you

        2024 03 38 The Mooresville Sam's is better than the others. Cleaner. Safer. Friendlier . 2022 06 01 Very nice people except the jerk at the food counter. I hate it when they just randomly discontinue items that are popular at least with me. Like why no more canned mushrooms? Why no burritos? -------------------------------------------------, Everything is great except for the jerk in the food counter who won't serve people.

        Only one registered has an employee at 4pm on a Thursday. Customer service told me with no apology that this is acceptable and normal for this location so I'll not be coming back to this particular location so I can drive to winston salem for better service.
