Live elsewhere if possible. Faceless management. It's in a sewer access area, a swamp. Mosquitoes, rats, roaches, snakes, all in abundance. Right behind Walmart, you get plenty of wandering homeless through as well.

Most people are out of an income right now as almost all businesses are shut down. All residents got a lovely letter reminding us that rent is still expected and the best way to pay is online - which has an *additional* processing fee attached on top of that. How tone deaf, vile, and evil. No compassion what so ever for their tenants, only care about their bottom dollar. Must be nice living in a fantasy land where everything isn’t shut down.

I posted a review a couple of months ago about the handling of COVID. I retract that statement 100%. Amanda has been great with working with us on our payments and has allowed in person payments and even split payments. We have not been forced to pay anything online with additional fees. It’s helped us tremendously. Months ago I was initially frustrated due to financial stress of being out of work and having a newborn. We were scared to put it plainly. Amanda is amazing and kind and always has been. Thank you guys.

I’d recommend Cedarbrook to anyone. Amanda the property manger couldn’t be more helpful & is suuuch a kind human.
