Old Mimosa Bakery & Sandwich

What a surprise gem! Stopped in to get a treat for my spouse for his birthday. No small Bundt cakes available, so I got a cheesecake with fudge icing. Boy am I glad I did. The best ever. Graham cracker crust on bottom only, so you get a lot of pure, wonderful, creamy, and flavorful cheesecake. It was topped with rich, chocolate fudge icing, delicious. Then finished with some whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Beautiful. The fudge icing is excellent by itself; the cheesecake is excellent by itself, so you really get two desserts but they go well together perfectly. And it is very big. 4 diameter and 2 high. We split just half of it because it is so rich and filling. Slowly savored every bite! Highly recommend this place and cant wait to try their other treats! Thank you Mimosa for opening this bakery in our town!

My co-worker brought me cheese cake and banana pudding cake from here it was amazing especially the cheesecake best I've had in years. Also I went today and got the bacon egg and cheese croissant very big sandwich and the bread and everything was very tasty. Very nice grill to it puts other breakfast sandwiches to shame. I was too hungry I ate some before the picture but still barely less than half eaten. Bacon was very crispy a touch more than my preference but was so good it didn't matter.
