For 220 dollars, I expected my car to be immaculate and smell good. They missed a lot of the nooks and crannies. Whatever cleaner they used smelt like motor oil. It has been 3 days and the smell is just starting to go away. That being said, my car was clean, just not 220 clean. They were very nice and kept to the timeframe they promised. They also did get the dog hair out of my car, which I wasn't sure was possible.

When we first arrived to pick up our vehicle, we noticed minor spots that had been missed. We brought this to Emilys attention and she was very willing to make it right. We originally were going to leave it to be touched up the next day but we received a call from Emily letting us know it would be ready in 30 minutes. We were very pleased with the results when we went back to pick up the car. Emily was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we got the result that we paid for. Instead of ignoring the issues, Emily took full responsibility for her detailers mistakes when she didnt have to at all. We cant thank her enough for the help and service that we received. You dont often find a business nowadays that has integrity like Visual Perfection does! We have already scheduled another detail!
