        The city manager and city attorney do not know or understand basic civil rights. Both seem to hate the Constitution and the general public they work for in general. It's time to replace both. Not 1 employee in the town hall seems to understand they are public servants and should address members of the public professionally. Disgusting behavior from public servants seems to be normal in Burke County NC in general. Sad and pathetic!!!
