        Outstanding owner and his team of builders. Total honesty and works to completely satisfy your building wants, needs & wishes. If it can be built, he can do it. He will not jerk you around, take the money and run... and...leave you with problems with the construction. In this day and time...it does not get any better than this...an honest and forthright businessman.

        Everything is so beautiful. We are so pleased with how our porch turned out and the interior of our home looks Beautiful better than before. We have already gotten compliments, and I am so impressed how you were sympathetic to the mess we were in previously. Our expectations have been exceeded. Everyone did a excellent job, Mr. Lane, Poncho and Guillermo were very professional. There are others whose name I dont remember but they did a fine job as well. We were able to enjoy our home again for the holidays. Smith Contracting Services provided five star service. We appreciate everything you and your company did for our family. Thank you for getting us out of this terrible position that we were in before meeting.         Brian and his crew installed a pole building for us . Were extremely satisfied with the quality of work that they did. Any issues that I had were dealt with swiftly although minor. We would highly recommend Smith building for any of your construction needs !! Services: Garage design & building, Foundation pouring, Exterior finishing, Concrete pouring, Accessory building construction
