        I called to get both my children set up due to there denist passing away. When I called them were laughing and the lady that answered told me she didn't work in office and to hang on then the lady that got on phone was very rude she didn't even ask for a number to call me after she told me to get my kids record's from the old dentist. Definitely not welcoming...felt like I bothered them....do better

        Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional wasn't any help at all running clients off I think should be there business motto I will take my kid elsewhere if this Karen keeps being rude and I'll file a lawsuit
