If I could give a minus review I would. I wrote a check for my dads small service Nov. 2021, I wrote the check(edit: was also given paper work stating "paid in full") gave my information and over a year later am getting calls from collections and the director himself. Blaming covid and his accounting agency for not cashing the 4k check in time and nobody from Kirsey contacted me between then and now. I changed banks and relocated May of 2022 but the money was in my account for that check until that time. My dads death was heartbreaking and to now have to deal with it again is ridiculous. I also responded and emailed the owner 4 days ago with no response back. Considering the funeral home has my contact information, and have no problem giving it to the billing department. I work in customer service and the lack of communication to people grieving is disappointing and disrespectful.

They were very professional took care of all my needs I know it sometimes I was getting on the nerves but they still took care of me they did a very good job they took their time they treated me with respect actually treated me like I was family I would recommend them anytime

Kirksey funeral home did a wonderful job when my sister passed away. Everything was taken care of by them with so much live and compassion.
