Multiple missed pickups. I would call each time . However it would take several weeks and multiple calls to get my trash picked up. This last time my trash had not been picked up in over a month. My service was canceled. Came to pick up trash container today and threw trash on the ground. I did not receive the services I paid for.

They left my trash out there for 3 weeks...they are suppose to pick up every friday...I had called them a week after it was suppose to be picked up,and they said it would be friday...well Friday came and went so I called them again, they finally came and then said they couldn't pick up my trash anymore,because there was no where to turn around....there is literally a turn around spot right in my driveway. Then sent me a bill for a whole month. Absolutely not paying that. And I wish I could give this company a negative 5 stars. Service: House/garage cleanout

I used this service for several years and it has always been hit and miss and scheduled pickups. The last two weeks I’ve had to carry my own trash off due to missed pickups. Also when I canceled my service there was no apology or concerns.

This company loves to nickel and dime customers. It was not too long ago that the quarterly rate increased by $5 and now they increased the quarterly rate by $5 again. They are probably trying to make up for the loss in customers by pushing higher prices on the remaining ones. I am going to cancel my service with them as long as the rest of my household members are okay with it. I WILL DRIVE THE TRASH TO THE LANDFILL MYSELF AT THIS POINT!
