Great Clips

I took a picture of the style I wanted to Great Clips in Morganton. There were 2 stylist working & one already had a customer, so I went to the available booth, which was the 1st on the right. I showed her my picture & she seemed like she understood what style I wanted. After shampooing, she turned the chair in her booth where I was to be seated, with my back toward the mirrow. I felt like she was cutting a lot, but since shed seen my picture, I wasnt so much concerned. When she did turn my chair around, I was speechless. Shed cut up in under the outer layer of my hair and it was SO short & it looked nothing like the picture Id taken in. There was no way for her to fix anything, shed already chopped it off..so, I paid & left. Never again will I let my chair be turned where I cannot see in the mirror while my hair is being cut.Will never go back there.

I will NEVER take my children to this place again !!!! The hair cuts were absolutely hideous and they burned my son's neck ! No call back from a manager, no apology...infact they denied it happened ! My one son wanted his hair faded. It looks like a bowl cut. He was embarrassed to go to school this morning. Mistakes happen, but to burn his neck TOTALLY UNEXCUSABLE !!!

Tyanna done amazing on my hair!! It has a funky wave to it and was so long and ratty!! I asked her to wash it and let me tell you if you haven't had your hair washed by her you don't know where it is!!! So worth the extra $10!! I got probably 6 inches cut off and got her to medium layer it!!! I absolutely love what she did!! She even has a signature mark when she does layers!! She listens to great music and makes you feel like a queen!! Great Job chick!! Thank you again so much!! Marika Loden!!
