We have a service plan with Triangle and are very happy with the service we receive. We have had one emergency call when our unit was iced over and it was responded to quickly. We also have had an additional unit installed for our garage and it met our expectations. Fabien recently serviced our 3 units for spring and did a wonderful job. Polite, quick and explained everything well.

I bought a house in 2022 that has a great sunroom but unfortunately was an addition with no A/C or heat. I called Triangle Contractors and they set me up with an incredible deal on a Mitsubishi mini-split. Jason and Chase did an incredible job installing it. They were professional, prompt, and friendly. They answered all my questions and insured the unit was operating properly before they left. Great guys. Honestly, from start to finish my experience with them was a solid 5 stars. The unit also has a 10 year warranty so I know I'm covered if there is a problem. If you need work done this is the company you should call. Kudos to David as well for promptly answering all my questions. Call these guys, you will not regret it.
