SureStay By Best Western Morganton

Everything was great! The room was great as the service was awesome from the time I called in the reservation to the time I checked out, everyone was friendly and hard working, the gentleman at the front desk (Fenil) was running around constantly getting stuff done and he was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything was going well. I will say the only downside was the location, locals give this place issues and tarnishes the rep, but that is not something they can easily control, I mean try moving an entire building lol. Overall, I'd of paid more than what I did for my room and the service I received. 5/5 stars, I plan on coming again

It's in a good location except for the view from window. The rooms need a deep cleaning and extermination of bugs. It seemed to be a family owned business with some issues with the locals. Kevin the morning desk manager need my room number before entering the elevator and is actively looking for anyone he decides does not belong.

My family and I were in the process of moving. We stayed at this property for two weeks. Rooms are very clean. House keeping was above reproach. They provided essentials items needed without having to request. Management provided steller customer service. They cared for their customers and every time they seen us walking by they greeted us with a warm smile and check to make sure we were happy with our stay so far. Parking lot was easily accessible and clean. Continental breakfast was always fresh and ready at scheduled time each morning. I will return in the future, if in the area! I would recommend to friends and family!! Thank you for such a great experience!
