Victor Yamouti is by far the best attorney in Burke County! He knows what he is talking about in regards to various aspects of Law and Defense, no matter your needs! If you choose to retain him and you are loyal with paying your attorney fees then he will advise you every step of the process and explain what will take place and what he can or can't do, he never lied nor hid any aspect of my case from me, he was upfront and loyal from our first discussion! My personal case he was hoping for a dismissal but the judge had not dismissed one case all day and definitely had her own vendetta for the people of the court but come showtime (Trial time)... Victor made light work of the state trooper, prosecution and states "experts" almost seemingly, like they had no clue about the case, their own professions lol or simply what was going on!
When I initially spoke to him he told me if he couldn't get a dismissal that he would beat them on the stand! And as promised in a dominating fashion...
Judges verdict- *NOT GUILTY*
He is 100% an absolute beast
when it comes to defense lawyers, and winning cases in so many ways! I pray I don't need lawyers anymore but if the time comes I know without a doubt where my money's going... straight to Victor Yamoutti!
Remember... you get what you pay for, some may say he's too expensive, etc, but I watched those same people get guilty verdicts as I walked free with a NOT GUILTY verdict THANKS TO YOU VICTOR!
YOU ARE THE MAN AND A MASTER OF YOUR CRAFT!
