image not sure if they want to sell boats. 3 people that worked there standing outside this morning and wasnt greeted by a single one. walked around 6 different boats (3 hurricanes, 1 tahoe, 1 yamaha, and 1 chaparral) and not a single person acknowledged i was there. i will go to the next place

Dustin, we are very sorry that happened. That is incredibly unusual for us. There is no excuse to be made but I can assure you, that is very odd. We love interacting with our guests. As you might imagine, we wouldn't be the size we are if we didn't. Regardless, it happened to you and that is not acceptable. We sure would like to have the opportunity to fix it. I can assure you it was not on purpose! Can you drop back by and give us a shot at making it right?

image Worked with Charlie Patton to arrange an annual service, resolve what appeared to be some minor issues and for our Suntracker to be detailed. Charlie was super friendly, accommodating and did all he could to make all this exceptionally easy - including round-trip pickup and delivery of the boat.
It turned out that a performance issue with the engine was more that it appeared, as was a steering problem. Once the boat had its preliminary check, Charlie called to walk through the findings in great detail. He also pre-identified warranty coverage for some of the problems and was all set to proceed with repairs on my go-ahead. He explained all in easy-to-understand language, including next steps if the preliminary repairs did not resolve all concerns.
The boat was returned to the lake after being detailed and taken for an hour-long test run to ensure that it ran properly.
This was the easiest and least stressful service experience I have EVER had, and as long as I am a boat owner, I will be sticking with Charlie and the team at Foothills Marine!
