Great ambiance in the space and it feels energetically clear. Really lovely experience overall and Im so thankful this place and the therapists exist here in our community! Ive gone to Ryan twice now and have been so impressed and pleased with his knowledge of his craft and his ability to hold space.

1st time experience (and being a new mom to a 6 week old baby) and years of stress were melted away. I will be making a massage from Mountain Star apart of my new self-care routine! Ryan was wonderful, skilled, and knowledgeable!

Best massage experience Ive had in NC, Ryan is very experienced and was most helpful with helping me overcome my sciatica issues thru slow deep stretches and massage. Ive been back twice and already have my next appointment. Getting more with Ryan than PTs and includes muscle massage which loosens and flushes muscles which has helped with overall range of motion. Takes his time to make sure your ready for the week.

Fantastic! I just had a massage by Ryan and I cannot recommend him or rate him highly enough. Not only was the atmosphere peaceful and welcoming, but he was also friendly, personable , and very knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable addressing any needs I mightve had. I enjoyed the relaxation, but I also really enjoyed the knowledge he was willing to share with me.
