        Delivery was difficult because nobody was available to deliver the mattress during a time when I was home. I ordered a deep sized box spring and was notified right before delivery time that I would be getting a thin box spring because the one I originally ordered was not in stock but was charged the exact same price. Im pretty sure I was also given the wrong mattress because when I called 2 days after my order which was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, on Thursday I was told the truck didnt come so he was emailing the company to see when the truck would arrive. Then on Friday, a mattress of poor quality was delivered to my home along with the wrong box spring. The mattress is definitely not the one I originally chose from the store. Very disappointed.

      Sylvia, It is difficult to deliver after 5. I told you I would be happy to bring after closing store if could assist. We dropped off the exact mattress you chose on showroom floor, at your house when You said would be OK, even called to tell on the way and hauled off the old set. Before delivery I asked if low pro box would work, you said yes. You could have said no. Happy to swap(even now). Standard & Low Pro boxes cost the same, just thinner to help with height of bed. You stated had a taller head-foot combo bed and should be fine. All Done For Free. Also trusted to come in and pay later. Sorry you feel did not do a acceptable job and you had to leave the store a bad review. john / ownerPS > just would have taken a call from you, even say something when saw you on saturday to fix any problems.
