        Do not trust Staples to your business needs!!! Horrible customer service. When you buy a laptop you are sold this high priced maintenance program that you are assured that things will be fixed. Laptop broken and it has been a nightmare trying to get assistance through this group that sold the high dollar maintenance. A total rip off. Laptop has been down now for over a week. My business is at a standstill until this company - Asurion decides to take time to fix the computer. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS TO ANY STAPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I visited Staples to complete an Amazon return and the process was quick and easy. The line was short, the staff was helpful and the return was acknowledged by Amazon promptly.

        I had to get copies of travel documents from multiple different emails. I was having a really hard time getting it to download. Then a wonderful employee named Parker came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He got everything I needed copied and did a wonderful job. I even overheard him helping another customer who was being very rude and demanding. Parker handled her with the utmost professionalism and soon had her calmed down. Parker definitely is a gem of an employee and deserves a raise! Thank you Parker from the lady w a service dog.

        Terrible! Shows amazon drop off was told by rude associate no drop off unless package & label couldn't use qr code so figure out another way & come back...will not buy anymore office supplies or personal from this store again!
