Greenway trails in morganton

Super fun green way no doubt! Every time I go over there I ride it. Good mix of sun and shade. There's a restaurant you can stop at and hang out. There's also this huge park you can visit while on the greenway as well.

This place is so pretty. A beautiful walk on a paved trail beside the river through the woods. Meet lots of friendly people out walking. They have a picnic area, a play area for adults and children and restrooms. Ample parking with many places in town to access the Greenway. Piers for fishing two. Several places along the trail to sit or have a picnic lunch by the river. They even have a place to plan for gold. (Bring your own equipment) Needless to say my wife and I love this place. Playground: Lots of equipment and even a few things for adults to do. Restrooms: A few restrooms and port-a-potties. Dog-friendliness: Two dog parks one for big, and one for small dogs. Picnic area: Quiet a few picnic tables.
