Staples Travel Services

This is a great Staples location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. From office supplies to school supplies, there are a variety of items to choose from.

Normally, I don't give bad reviews. I sat in my car in the store parking lot for 10 mins because I'm in shock on how I was talked to. The copy machine didn't print out everything I wanted. I told the woman. So when I went up to get my .22 cents back she was like, so you want a refund on the black and white copy I was like, yes. She asked me twice and I was like what's up with the attitude? I felt side swiped. I didnt know how to respond. She started off and said the paper probably cost more than that. I looked like what had just happened. As I was about to leave, I wasn't rude. I just looked at her and said, "But, I didn't get what it wanted me to pay for." She said well you got a piece of paper. " I was humiliated! I run a small business in the local area and have several things done by you guys. I'm about to open another business and thought of using this establishment for all my signs and cards. I can not believe it. I am still in shock. I have spent a lot of money in the past 2 years with you guys. This was terrible!

The manager Rebecca, she is always mad Bad service!!! All the employers are nice, but not the manager.

Staples I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service that I received from a young man named Hayden at this Staples location. It seemed as if there were only two people working in the store and Hayden was working at the copy and print center. Hayden was able to effectively and professionally handle anything that came at him from several customers. He also made suggestions on nice discounts which I took it advantage of. This could not have been a better experience and this gentleman deserves a raise.

The store is clean and up to date., However many items were out of stock. Specifically the three things I needed were out of stock. Not one employee asked if I needed anything, ( I did). Started walking to one person and he just put his head down and stared at his phone. The cashier (1943015) was zombie like, no courtesy, couldn't even put my stuff in a bag. As I'm walking to my car a pack of labels fell from the file organizer I purchased and all the labels scattered in the parking lot.
