Drexel Discount Drug

Iv always loved this drug store. The people have always been so nice and the pharmacist too. They have always treated me with respect . Iv been getting my medication filled there off and on for the past 10 years. But today I called to ask if my Dr had sent in my refills because I noticed on my bottles they said 0 refills. The girl went to check but when she got back on the phone she said yes your Dr sent them but we can not refill them today it's too early. Well #1 I DIDNT ASK YOU TO REFILL IT TODAY. #2 I am highly offended that the girl just assumed I was some kinda druggie trying to get my pills early. It's pathetic that I can't ask a question. Yall need to teach your employees how to talk to customers because if she acts like that to everyone who calls to ask a question you probably are going to lose some .

Great caring staff. Prescriptions are filled quickly, also have an App you can use to get your refills, very convenient
