        Worst post office ever. They don't even pick up the phone. I ordered a gift for a client via amazon and the address and everything was correct. Apparently they don't want todo work over there and do not do any digging. They returned the package back to the sender because of an "invalid address". A simple google search would've shown that its a legitimate address. Can't wait for the post office to remove these lazy bums and replace them with AI!!!

        On a regular basis, we get Amazon packages that are not delivered, and they leave a notice that our mailbox is true, or that an attempt to make the delivery was made. Its never true. Each time, were home, and it would be easy to leave the package at our door. They simply dont feel like driving down our very short road and having to get out of their car. I work in Black Mountain, so its not possible for me to get to post office by the time they close at 5. The level of service provided is some of the worst Ive ever seen in my life.

        My regular mail lady was on vacation and I was going to get a package. My tracking said my package was delivered but wasn't. The person had taken it to another address. Had to reorder it. New or part time people need to double check the address and the package

        First off they lady that does my route never delivers packages she marks them undeliverable every time even tho most can fit in mail box Then I have to call have them put up front for my husband to pick up they do then my husband gets there and hes told nope nothing here then I have to call 25 x no answer ! Then have my husband to go back then magically they find them its just ridiculous this much trouble to get a package Id hate to be a senior that doesnt drive or have no family cause Id never get my mail and honestly going thro these reviews seems like someone would take accountability and try to fix the minor easy problems that they make drag out out .Do better just do better is all I can say lived at my home 6 years and never have had a good postal experience from this office. Dont know why these workers are not held to higher standards dealing with peoples parcels knowing theyd be mad if this was happening to them
