Staples Print & Marketing Services

I needed some copies of a pattern on legal size paper so I took them to Staples to have copies made. When I got them home I realized that the pattern had been reduced! I realized this after I used the copies to make a block for a quilt and it didn't fit because it had been reduced. Very sloppy work and a very unhappy customer. How can some one mess up making correct copies?! And, they weren't free, I paid over $ 4.00 for the copies.

The customer service was superb. I am new to town and Dillon was most helpful with purchasing of a new office chair. He was well mannered, knowledgeable and with Excellent work ethic.This was the best Staples experienceI have ever had. I have been to many. Dillon deserves all of the company spotlights and rewards for being a model employee.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I was trying to print out some copies and was my first time coming there I had 0 clue what I was doing. The lady that I asked for help was useless she didnt even try to come and help me step by step all she did was stand there behind the register and hardly explain anything. Ive worked in retail and this is the exact opposite of what customer service is. You should go above and beyond for customers.
