These people are as backwards as you can get. they first let the tanks go out of service date by 4 months then dont ever follow up so when the filler comes out he then cant fill the tanks. so back to square one save yourself the headache and go with anyone else.

Horrible experience. Did not show for appointment nor return phone calls. When I called to check on my order the lady was very rude. Guess they have more business then they can handle.

By far the worst service I think Ive experienced in a while. Basically the auto refill I had set up on my original account somehow shut off because they apparently changed account numbers and opted to NOT inform me. Winter comes and my gas furnace is producing an awful smell. I have the technicians come out only to find out a 250 gallon tank is COMPLETELY out of gas and running on fumes not to mention it REALLY did my gas furnace under. I had autopay set up so I was still getting billed for apparently an EMPTY tank and services not rendered. I was on the phone with the Amerigas service rep while the technician looking at the gas furnace was still at my house and the service rep had to transfer me to a manager that HUNG UP ON ME. I called back later to have them completely remove the tank because I had to get rid of the gas furnace completely and wanted the account closed out after terrible service that turned into an almost $12,000 expense because of gross oversight and unsafe practice that I was apparently paying for. I closed the account and requested all services terminated December 22, 2023. The tank is still sitting on my property as of January 5, 2024. I will never use this company again. If I could give this negative stars I would.

Terrible customer service. Every time you call they out source the calls to India. Therefore you're not getting someone who even knows the situation of the area. They gave us a late charge for the rent of their tanks but when they came to fill up they said they couldn't fill us up because the tanks haven't been inspected for that year. Which should have been their job to do but now they won't come out to fill us up and that we had to reschedule for a fill up.They already took almost $800 a month ago for the fill up but still won't fill us up... I remember when I signed up with this company they told us that they would do quarterly checks to make sure our tanks are up to date and that we wouldn't ever run out of Propane. That was a huge fat lie. The last time they filled us up they tried to leave without giving us the receipt after they forced us to pre-pay for our gas. Its just another way for them to cheat you out of your money. They over charge you on Propane and then give you late charges without informing you. And when you call them they transfer your calls to a call center. So you're not even talking to the ones responsible.
