Still terrible service

This is a terribly ran company. I dont know if new ownership changed things but the people running it are a joke. Called to order a couple yards and I understand a smaller order like that theyre going to do after the bigger orders are taken care of but at least give a time. I had people waiting almost three hours at my house to work and still no sign of concrete. I called twice and the guy to answer the phone hung up on me both times. I wont be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Although Hamby concrete in lenoir was able to send a truck out immediately and Kerr in hickory was also able to at least set a time and both companies were cheaper on price. Once again I do not recommend American concrete.

American Concrete ran their truck into our brand new building and caused about $3000 damage. They're only reply was "we're not liable". Be careful who you hire!

Better get all you need in the first load, otherwise they charge you $150 more for additional loads. Also, cash is not cheaper. Will never use them again.
