Worst real estate company to deal with. I called on a listing they have, I Cant get any information on the home or disclosure information on a house that is there listing. it's been battle just to try to inquire information. They just keep putting it off. I even talked with the broker whom was no help as well. So if your selling a house good luck with them trying to get information too prospective buyers. And if your a buyer good luck getting information on a house. Never have I experienced a real estate company that is as disorganized and unprofessional as this one.

My wife and I have recently moved to Rutherford College from West Virginia. We purchased our new home from Tim Newton owner of Caldwell Banker. During our first week here I had to have the septic tank pumped and I lost power to my heat pump and several outlets. At that time I had not met or had a conversation with Tim. My wife and I were convinced we purchased a money pit. I was extremely upset. I am a disabled vet and Im on a fixed income. I just didnt have the finances to make a lot of repairs. We were actually thinking strongly about contacting an attorney. On Friday of my first week here I was walking my dog around my new home around 7:30 in the morning. A car pulled into my driveway and a man got out. He was Tim Newton. He told me he had just heard about the issues I was having and wanted to speak to me about them. I informed him of the situation with the house. Tim apologized and said if he had known he would have taken care of it. As far as the septic problem he was under the impression that the house was on city sewer but he had just the day before found out it actually had a septic tank. Then he did something I didnt expect. He said he wanted to make it right. He told me if I emailed him receipts he would reimburse me all the money I had paid out. Which I did and a few days later I had a check repaying me for everything. And Tim said if I had any other issues to contact him personally. The next week my central air was blowing out of the vents. So I contacted Tim and the next morning I had a HVAC guy at my house and fixed the problem. And Tim paid for it. I wish I had taken the time to meet Tim prior to moving in. He is a real stand up honest man. I would recommend him and his company to any and everyone. I just wish I could rate him higher but 5 stars are the highest I am able to rate him.

I recently had a very positive experience selling my house in Morganton with Tim Newton as my agent. Throughout the process Tim was very accommodating with my schedule, both with the listing and closing dates and with the several meetings we had during the process. His experience and insight about market conditions and trends were extremely valuable. I found him very available and easy to communicate with despite his very busy schedule. His advice on pricing was crucial, allowing me to get a fair price without haggling with the buyer. He did an excellent job of advising and helping me prepare my house for showing, including professional photography. Tim has a stellar reputation from the decades hes worked in our community, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to let him sell my home.
