We worked with Christy Truitt to sell a home we inherited from a family member who had recently passed away. This home was one that I visited my entire life, so it was special and hard to let go of. Christy was amazing and just the realtor we needed. She was super practical and gave us great advice so that we did not spin our wheels unnecessarily in terms of house preparations for sale. Her photographer took such great photos, including using a drone! She also listened to all my hopes [and opinions :) ] and did an incredible amount of community outreach to make sure we found a great and perfect buyer. We had an offer the day after it went on the market. Being in a position to sell the home of a beloved family member is not enviable, yet Christy was such an important part of our journey to close this 50+ year chapter for my family.

Christie is very knowledgeable and so genuinely helpful. We were first time buyers and there were a lot of things we didn't know.
