Karen is wonderful! She's kind, smart and does what she says she's going to do. We recently needed a long term rental while our home was being repaired and Karen found us the perfect home close by. This home wasn't even on the market yet . She handled everything perfectly and we had zero stress! Highly recommend her.

Karen Hennesse rented out my lake house. She took care of negotiation with the tenant, preparation of the house for rent, maintaining it during the lease, and providing detailed ledger and paperwork.
