        I've been here for 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. The unit was clean and unblemished when I moved in, no pest issues, and no real noise complaints either! I have found the office and the maintenance teams to be responsive and good as well! My biggest complaints are that the stairways are really gross and they really need to fill their potholes, but my experience overall has been really great.

        Ive been living here for years and this place has went down hill I miss some of the old management team. They would change our air filters, spray around the complex for bugs and keep it clean. The current ppl running the show are horrible. These ppl only care about towing and legit the worst and the visitor parking is horrible and the towing coming comes out almost every night walks around and shines a flash light on to everyones car it looks so creepy almost looks like he is trying to break in cars. Also they do not keep the apartment areas clean I could upload so many pics of dead bugs outside peoples homes and inside the garages when I walk by, its sad, but all they do is thinking about towing. Street Lights are blown out all over at night so its pitch dark and it has been serval car break in and 1 shooting so far, tried to get a pic of thr ppl but it was too dark. But all they care about is towing They are also no good with communication. Anyway Ill be moving soon I dont recommend living here good people.

        This has been an awful experience. I have came to visit and seen cars constantly getting towed. Trash in the stairwell. Speaking of stairwells they all need power washing and blowing on all 3 floors. They do a horrible job. I was considering moving out here until my friend told me their air filter hasn't been changed in a whole year or pest control spraying. My friend said all they do is tow cars and maintenance just ride around in the golf cart chillin never picking up trash. If you looking for a place that don't care this is it! Non future tenant!

      Hello Von - Thank you for your review and feedback. Pest Control through Terminix comes out every single Tuesday. Each building exterior is sprayed quarterly but if you want your home sprayed, you need to request this. You can do this week over week. We don't enter to spray without your request. We do a weekly light report and send any lighting needs to Duke to repair. We have one streetlight with a ticket in. We will do an audit tonight to make sure we are not missing any. I am sorry that towing occurs, but this is to ensure our residents have a parking space available. We do send out weekly reminders about the community and more via email. Please update your email with us so we can make sure you are getting these emails. If you have other concerns, I would love to address and assist. Please call when you get the chance.       Carson, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do tow if there is not a permit displayed (residents receive a permit) and there is signage posted to ensure any visitors know where to park. We have plenty of visitor's spots, these have to be utilized to prevent being towed. Residents are required to request pest control in their home, our vendor is out here weekly, otherwise we spray each exterior quarterly. Same with filters, we encourage residents to place a work order for this. We send out reminders to check your filter and request one if you need it. We pressure wash but stop this from October to March due to possible freezing temps. We will start up again this spring, once temps rise. Thank you again for your feedback.
