AT&T Store

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this AT&T location. When I walked into their store, I was greeted warmly by knowledgeable staff. Not only did the team provide exceptional service, but they also made us feel valued as a customer. Their respectful and friendly demeanor truly set them apart from other locations. I highly recommend this AT&T Morrisville location. With their knowledgeable and helpful team, you can trust that you'll receive top-notch service every step of the way.

Amazing experience today at this AT&T location with the help of both Shi and Grant! My dad came in needing added to our existing plan and both were outstanding with service. Top notch. Appreciate how helpful, knowledgeable, and kind they were today. Will definitely be back to upgrade my phone soon!

First of all, I want to explain: the attitude of the reception staff is very good, but the Internet connection speed of this company is slow, not to mention the price is more expensive than Google. Through it, I can see the decline of "traditional" companies in the United States, just like General Motors and Ford Motors will definitely be It's like killing Tesla...what a pity.

Sales Rep: Shiquan M I walked in and the manager was helping someone and asked that I wait. About 10 minutes later, at approximately 11:08AM Shiquan walks in and heads directly to the back room. He sat there for 10 minutes before the manager went back and asked what time his shift started which he replied 11AM. So he is now 20 minutes lates for work and I'm 20 min waiting. I let them know I wanted to order my new phone. While going through the process Shiquan could not answer basic questions, he did not clearly explain any upfront payments I needed to make or go over my plan to inform me if there would be a change or not (I still don't know). So he kept telling me I'd need to make upfront payments as we continued the process. Which he should've been transparent and told me before having to pay. Nor could he explain said payments. The manager had to. He was passive and pretty much showed no concern or initiative. Tremendous lack of customer service skills and no sense of urgency. Literally one of the worst experiences at this store and with AT&T
