There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience we had with Missy Feit helping us find a place to call home in Moyock NC. From the beginning I hoped to find a realtor that truly cared what it meant to us to find a home with everything that we needed in the Moyock area before the school year started. We all know that the market has been very tough this past year for home buyers with the very low inventory. I knew I did not care one bit about finding a well known realtor in the area who is known for closing a certain amount of homes quickly and was in it only for the money and to keep those quick closing numbers up. We went through that before with selling a home a few years ago and it was a horrible and emotional experience. I needed someone to genuinely care about what this home meant to my family. My prayers were answered with Missy Feit. It was a tough emotional few months of maybe only 1 home coming available every 1-2 weeks with what we needed and several other home buyers desperately putting in offers as well. Missy made sure to tell me all of our options for putting in strong offers but truly cared the pricing was still fair. She was very available to us to be able to look at homes as soon as they were listed. Missy and I even cried together during this process because she cared about my family so deeply and wanted this so much for us as well. We finally closed on our now home about a month before the school year started. Its in the perfect area with EVERYTHING we had hoped for in a home. I will always be so thankful for Missy and she will always mean the world to us!
