Proximity New Bern

The newest apartments in New Bern are picturesque! They all have brand new appliances, balconies, and plenty of amenities. Their staff is amazing and the location is close to downtown New Bern!

I just moved in on December 18th. This apartment complex is not just beautiful, but the staff that work for proximity New Bern are amazing! Yes the apartments are pricey, but its so worth it! The apartment manager Micah Judon was a huge and wonderful help getting moved in! He was there for me every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable, and courteous. Any question I had, any concern I had, was handled before I could even think about asking a second time. The staff here is very hands on. The maintenance requests are approved and completed faster than anywhere else Ive ever lived. All in all, I 100% recommend living here, if your circumstances allow it.

Ive been living at The Proximity for three weeks now and I can say the staff are by far the friendliest Ive ever encountered. The building and amenities are gorgeous and while Ive had zero problems so far, I know when I eventually need something, Breck and Amber will be quick to help. Despite constant construction on other buildings, it is still a quiet area and is very safe. The added bonus of coming with a washer and dryer really sealed the deal for me as other complexes in the same price point did not. Highly recommend The Proximity!
