Metro by T-Mobile

Drove here the other day just to see the store has been permanently closed. Don't waste your time going to this location.

Hours are a suggestion. It's 6pm and no one's here, but the hours state open until 7pm. Called customer service and received no assistance or resolution. The suggestion I was given was to take off work again and go in the morning at 10 am. Very frustrating.

Amazing customer service from Jonathon! He made things so simple for my mom, which I appreciated very much. Was very happy to find this store.

I went here to activate a phone I bought online. It was not your usual unlocked phone and I needed my number moved to the new phone. I was with straight talk and have moved now to metro by T-Mobile. The gentleman in this store was more than helpful and even though it took a conference call between straight talk, him and metro by T-Mobile he got my phone up and running. I was so thankful for his knowledge and help. The store is lovely, clean and a pleasure to go in to. If you need anything cell phone related go and see this guy. It was a pleasure going in there.
