Would give zero stars if I could. Was waiting between 8am-12pm on a scheduled service that they accepted as an appointment. After 10am they decided to text not call rescheduling the appointment because their schedule was full. Why accept the appointment? Then if your schedule was full why wait an text during the accepted scheduled appointment time? Read their reviews is all I will say. I called Frigadair and asked them to find me another company, as they did. I told them this company reviews are horrible and they should reconsider using them. I run 3 businesses. Customer Service is Key!

I had a good experience with Phillip from Appliance tech. He was professional and courteous and fixed my dishwasher right up.

I'm giving up on repairing my dish washer with this company. Missed appointments, technicians who couldn't do any work, no call back for a week after they needed to order a part. I can never get a hold of them... either forwarded to an answering service or the call disconnects. I've tried to have them fix my dishwasher for over a month. Time to try a different option.
