Storm Guard of New Bern

Storm Guard gave the best overall experience. They assisted with my insurance claim from storm damage, and came out to meet with the adjuster. The day of work being completed, employees arrived on time and took great care with their set up. The work completed was consistent with every attention to detail made. Ken worked with me to ensure my attic would have the best airflow possible as well as making suggestions for material color to give my property great curb appeal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have repairs or roof replacement done.

Storm Guard was recommended to us by two different friends who had them replace their roofs after Hurricane Florence. They were prompt to respond to our request for information and, after we discussed our options, they provided us with a detailed quote and began work within a week or so. Their crew was great--they really knew what they were doing and worked very efficiently. They also took care to not damage the shrubbery around our house and to clean up the debris. During the process it was easy to contact the Storm Guard management team (although no major problems arose). We are confident we have a good, strong roof and this is very important to our peace of mind here in Coastal Carolina. We highly recommend Storm Guard of New Bern!
