Total s*ithole. An old abandoned gas station you're just dropped at. Sketchy part of town after hours at that. Greyhound you need to do better.

Well the stop is not at this location on MLK any longer. It is now on Neuse at the abandoned gas station just off Simmons. There is no Greyhound emblem or any indication where to park while waiting for the bus. Guessing game.

I recently had a terrible experience with the Greyhound bus location in New Bern, NC. The seating was extremely uncomfortable and there was no protection from the elements while waiting for the bus. Additionally, the live tracker was not accurate at all - I arrived at the location over 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was told that I had missed the bus. This was a very frustrating and inconvenient experience, and I would not recommend using this Greyhound location to anyone.
