As I have said after my previous visits: I have had facials in five star resorts that paled in comparison to the facial I received from Jordyn today! Entire staff was attentive ..well worth the 1.5 hour drive from home. I will definitely go back again

This was my first visit to Rinnova and I was really looking forward to it. The people are friendly and nice but it was not a good pedicure or experience. She filed one of my toe nails to the point it bled. Not the skin around the nail but right in the middle of it. She kept touching it and trying to work with it even though I asked her several times not to because it was that painful. She blamed it on my nail being too thin and that was that. She didnt even offer a bandage. Im not a confrontational person so I didnt complain to anyone but I shouldve. I just paid and left. However, I wont be back any time soon.

Had a great pedicure today ! It was a relaxing visit .

Had a hot stone massage and it was phenomenal. I was walked through the whole process and my muscles were worked and relaxed before I left. It was great.
