Beth's practice is medical massage, actually solving musculature problems. I'm confident she can provide many other excellent massage services (and better than the average bear), but she is a unique expert at diagnosing and focusing on muscle issues that can be remedied.

I was in an automobile accident a couple months ago, I have been in so much pain from my neck and shoulders (My labrum was torn). Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! After just 2 sessions my pain is nearly cut in half and at least tolerable while I wait to find out if I need to have surgery. She even identified the tear before I had the MRI! Although she is blind her sense of touch is extremely heightened which allows her to focus on the areas causing the most pain and helping that pain go away or become manageable! If you are in pain or just want a relaxing massage, Elizabeth and Diligent Medical Massage is the best around! You owe it to yourself to give Elizabeth and Diligent Medical Massage a try! Your body will thank you for it!

First, I have to say what an impression Beth made on me! She is professional, knowledgeable, and yes, diligent, which is certainly important for a good massage experience. What impressed me though was how incredibly warm, kind, and compassionate she was. And, not just in a customer service way, in an authentic way that made it plain to me that she has a sweet, gentle spirit. Now, for the massage experience. Wow! I was amazed at the difference I could feel in my back that evening and even now, 4 days later. I have never experienced this. My muscles seem to have been particularly tight and, as I learned during the session, my fascia was dried out and bound up. I had the Find & Fix trigger point massage which included cupping. Different from cupping I've had before, she uses a machine. You know that hurt so good feeling on your trigger points from a deep tissue massage? This has a similar feel, and is somehow better, with additional benefits. I think the lasting effect and why I am having so much relief is due to the cupping and then massage, loosing up the fascia. Thank you, Beth! If you have tight, tense muscles and suspect you might have bound up fascia too, do not hesitate. I can not recommend a Diligent Medical Massage with Beth highly enough! Jump on her website or massage books* and schedule an appointment! *I really appreciated that I could schedule an appointment as a new client. Most of the other businesses required you call to schedule your first appointment. I had been trying to get around to scheduling an appointment for a couple weeks. I finally started looking for the first available appointment anywhere at 11 o'clock one night because my shoulders were burning so bad I was having trouble falling asleep. When I mentioned how thankful I was for this, guess what? She had considered that requiring new clients to call might be a barrier to treatment so she elected not to do that. Instead, she called me the next day to discuss my concerns and needs. In our lack of quality customer service, do-it-yourself, self-serve, self-checkout world, it was a breath of fresh air to me to be thought of as a human being in need and cared for before we ever made contact.
