    Extremely grateful for this company. My husband and I were leaving to go on a trip. The day before at around 4PM, we started smelling something burning. We were having an issue with one of electrical outlets that related to where our refrigerator was plugged in. We called 6 places and everyone was saying they couldnt get there before we needed to leave for our trip. C-Phase Electric showed sympathy and had someone to our house in 30 minutes even though they were supposed to be off the clock. Thank you so much for saving our trip! I highly recommended them! We had an emergency situation and they responded within minutes. Steven and Dan are amazing electricians! Courtesy, professional and they went above and beyond to make got good service!     My contractor contacted C-Phase to set up a time for an estimate. The receptionist said Josh would come between 1 and 1:30 on a particular day. My contractor explained that I would not be at home but if they let the contractor know when they were on the way, he would be there. Josh arrived well before time without messaging or calling the contractor. When my autistic son would not allow him in the house, he became rude, then proceeded to leave a completely unprofessional message on MY voicemail, chastising me for not being there and complaining that he was not let in the house. When my contractor did not hear from Josh, he called C-Phase and arranged for Josh to come back to do the estimate. At this point I was upset. My contractor advised to wait and see the estimate before dismissing C-Phase. I waited, expecting Josh to call me to apologize for his very unprofessional message, but he did not. I called C-Phase and spoke with the receptionist who tried to put part of the blame on my contractor. I told her about the voicemail and she apologized for that. I finally called Josh. He apologized for the voicemail, but did not accept any responsibility for the communication issue that started the whole mess. The final straw was that his initial estimate was based on having to trench out an area as he assumed the power went through the slab/foundation. When my contractor opened the walls, he found that it all went up and over, so no trenching was necessary. Josh argued with that and refused to adjust the estimate. We called another company, they confirmed that there was no need to trench and gave a comparable estimate with a good time frame. Needless to say we did not use C-Phase. I have no idea if they would have done good work. They certainly have communication and customer relation issues.
