I moved into The Mallory about a month ago and love it! The amenities are fantastic and I LOVE the high ceilings in my apartment. Moving in was a breeze thanks to Will, and he and Stephanie are always so helpful- you can truly tell how hard they work!

Searching for a new place this past weekend: William (Will) and his associate on Saturday 3/23/2024 were so friendly and accommodating. Was able to see two different layouts (2 and 3-bedroom) - both had high end finishes and great space. Chose the two-bed - applied and approved with a call from Will that evening to welcome me as a new resident - moving to the community in May! Excited to see such a clean property with high end finishes and amenities. Also thrilled that Will is going to be heading the permanent staff at The Mallory / so friendly, communicative, and attentive to all the details! I'll revisit after a few months to let everyone know how living at The Mallory is. Just wanted to shout out their leading staff - I visited three other complexes the same day and, even with appointments, did not feel NEARLY as welcome!

This is by far the best apartment I have rented in Raleigh. William is super helpful and makes the move in process easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking in Raleigh!

This is suppose to be a gated community and the apartments are suppose to be key fob assessable to only the residents. The doors to the apartments have been unlocked since I have moved in during October 2023. The gate has never worked either. My car got stolen off the property and there has been another report of a car being broken into. There are no cameras in the parking lot due to it not being the hood per the manager of the property. Im giving two stars because the maintenance team is super friendly and nice! I have seen a random person pretending to clean the apartments going in and out of the apartment buildings. He carries a straw broom and a mob without a mob bucket. There has been no email sent out to residents to be cautious of this man even though Ive made the team aware. Whenever I stated that Ive seen sketchy people around the apartment the manager of the property said had anything specifically happened because if not youre just profiling people. Its clear they dont really care & its all an act. There is also new management in the office and this apartment building just opened around 7 months ago. If things were handled correctly it would be a nice place to live.
