        Great neighbours and amazing backyard forest views. An okay place (i.e. has roaches in the summer and mice in the winter). Also you will find black mould in your closets every year,so be careful. The original landlord was bought out, roughly five months ago leading them to raise rent by 20%. There is no organisation within the new landlords - they have no idea who current tenants are. I do not think they have plans to upgrade anything (i.e. tennis court still has orange cones because of cracks, dog park is not taken care of, pool is often closed due to improper care, and do not get me started on the leaky roofs). All in all, due to the current property market..its a great rental situation.
