Good place to live! The apartment is spacious and the community is well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic, especially the gym and pool area. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The management team is my absolute favorite here! Kirstie, Tiara, Danielle and Erica are all friendly, wonderful and always welcoming! The maintenance is very responsive to any issues, as well. Overall, highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Living here was a mistake. The landlord is extremely rude and borders on swindling you out of money. Amenities are broken and dirty. If you tour this place, check both treadmills. At least one is broken constantly, the other is broken about 50% of the time. Make sure to touch the bikes. They are sticky to the touch with sweat from not being cleaned. Go into the bathrooms. Somehow it always smells like someone just blew it up. The apartments themselves are just old. Look at the paint chipping in the bathrooms and the kitchens and the bathrooms. See years and years of patched up holes. I technically lived alone in the apartment, but was kept company by many roaches. This just isnt a good place to live. It might be worth it if it were priced appropriately, but for their prices its just unacceptable.

HVAC condensor units noisy. 4 sat outside our bedroom window and made for many sleepless nights. Operating correctly per maintenance requests but still loud/disruptive. Did not notice during walk through in warm month when signing lease.

My wife and I among our three children have lived here for 3 years almost and from the very beginning Kirstie and Tiera, have been the most caring ,supportive, and welcoming ladies Ive ever met. They go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. From the smiles in the office , to the welcome letters left in your home , daily reminders of being a valued resident, and much more ! They listen to all concerns and find ways to make this complex more than just a place to call home but an actual community where everyone can come together and be also be celebrated. From fun activities like night pool parties , pumpkin carvings for the kiddos , dog park parties for our fur babies to inviting us to the office for treats, holiday activities/ gift wrapping preparation , and much more just makes living here more enjoyable. The maintenance team is also amazing and are just as helpful to the community when we are in need from requests , front office assistance or even just around the neighborhood , all with a smile !
