        Big roach problem in the basement houses. Lived here for 2 years. By the end, we couldn't leave any food outside the refrigerator. No matter how clean you keep the kitchen.

        Basement apartments are horrible, extremely unclean and full of roaches. But if you get an apartment on 2nd or 3rd floor they might be good but also more expensive than the basement ones

        Infested with roaches!! No vent to the outside in the laundry room which makes everything damp in the kitchen. Broken windows and mold everywhere. Terrible appliances both our dishwasher and oven have been broken for a year now.
