Small as the job was, I'd be lying if I said anything other than we were glad to pay whatever price was necessary to have some professional crew members come in to take care of what was a biological mess at a highly emotional time, We were also understanding of the advanced warning that your company could not guarantee to remove every tiny stain completely; however when your crew showed up and spent around 30 minutes time on the job before declaring all complete, packed and ready to leave we began to question the quality and value given that hardly any of the soiling was cleaned. How the crew could try to claim that "we do not clean, we only disinfect," when the words "clean," "cleaning" and "cleaners" are part of your company name and description, is beyond our comprehension. To their credit, while continuing to maintain is was nor really part of their job they did agree to come back inside and spot spray the most noticeable areas with whatever chemical cleanser they found in the truck saying more may come out once things dry out and we run the vacuum. We'll see once things in the home calm down and return to a semblance of normalcy. All in all we were just happy not to have to deal with the mess at such a sensitive moment, regardless of value. it's hard to put a price on that after all.
