Split Oak Homes is a wonderful builder and amazing to work with. Owners (Mike & Drew) are accessible, great at both communication and listening to your ideas. The process was smooth from beginning home designs through selections (lighting, hardware, cabinets, colors, etc) to delivery and closing. These guys and their team make it an exceptional experience and we had fun with the process. Especially appreciate the actual owner being onsite at the house daily, rather than a superintendent who drives through to check in on the guys working on your house. From initial meeting through move-in, they were great to work with! Services: General construction, Tile work installation, Install flooring, Fan installation, Tile work replacement, TV mounting, Installation, Paint indoors, Repair water fixtures, Waterproofing, Exterior painting, Remodeling, General repairs, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Repair flooring, Gutter cleaning, Drywall repair, Flooring, Fan repair
