Billing is horrible here!! When I went in I was given a price and totally had sticker shock. Went to check out after procedure and asked if I could split the payment on two separate cards because it was over $2, 000 (I have good dental insurance). The person I was speaking with did not have good English and could not understand what I was asking; finally someone else came to help. This person said the bill was all wrong!!! She had over charged by almost $1,000. Then told I could pay half then and the other half when I returned for the second half of the root canal. Upon return I asked if they had billed my insurance and was told yes. I checked with my insurance company and they had not billed my insurance company so I called them and yet again was told they had filed. I told them they needed to call my insurance company because they said no they had not. The dentist office called me back later and said sorry there must have been a mistake and they would file that day. Now a week later and they still have not filed my insurance. I will not use this office again in the future simply because if the front office staff can not get the cost and billing right there is something wrong. Im left with still trying to get them to file with my insurance to see if I am due a partial refund. Very frustrated and wish I had checked reviews before going because there are a lot of reviews saying basically the same thing. Poor management of a medical office!

Have had to have 2 root canal this year. Both went exceptionally well. Dr Iqbal was professional while he and his staff made every effort to keep me comfortable.

I was very happy with the services provided. The dentist and staff were wonderful.

Great experience both scheduling and going through my root canal. Dr Yip explained the process throughout and I didn't feel like I was being rushed through a process. Great job!
