The Epoxy coating on my garage floor did not turn like I'd expected. The finish is very uneven do to the first clear coat not being put down evenly and clumps of the flakes being left on the floor and sealed in. The guys came back, sanded the floor lightly and recoated with another type of sealer. That made it look a little better but the finish is still uneven and there are some clumps still under the coating. Being the first coat was not done correctly it seems that's the best it will be. I have to accept it the way it is as I cannot tie up my garage any longer. unfortunately I was rather disappointed being they had such a good rating. Service: Flooring

I contacted and scheduled an appointment to talk details and get an estimate. The appointment was rescheduled 2x. Not an issue, I understand the logistics of small business. Brandon showed up on time, discussed the job - no problems. He left saying he'd have a quote to me by the next day. Didn't happen, 3 days later I sent an email to him just verifying he had my email address correct. No response. I'm now about a month into this with nothing. Just scheduled an appointment with a competitor of United.
